Tamara (Tita) Hernandez, Owner

Tita was born in Chiclayo and raised in Lima, Perú. She lived in Lima until she turned 17 and moved to Germany with her mother and siblings. Through chance she met an Airman and the crazy military life began. With several PCS’s around the world she is well versed in the needs of a family. Living in three countries afforded her the luxury of learning three languages, Spanish, German, and English. Today she manages most of our guests interactions, handles reservations and ensures our guests have everything they need for a successful PCS.

Ruben Hernandez, Owner

Ruben was born in Cuba and moved to Miami when he turned 15. In 2004 he decided to Join the Air Force to continue his educational goals. His career in the military brought him to Europe in 2008 and Germany in 2019 where he decided to start a small business with his friend and his wife. Living in three countries allowed him the opportunity to learn Spanish, English and is in the process of perfecting German. His current role is to manage Billing and Accounting for Apartment 1, Blue House 1, and BH2 as well as, completing any projects our in-house designer conjures up ;-).
